If you’re here, you’re likely curious about hypnosis but also want to know if it will truly work for you. Unlike many hypnotherapists, I don’t assume it fits everyone. To save us both time and money, we start with a free self-test (below). Then message me!
Pick what feels true for you:
A typical process (adjustable to your needs)
Step 1: Start the conversation
Message us to outline your situation. If needed, we’ll set up a short call to clarify your goals.
Step 2: Career or daily issues
If it’s about work — for example, misunderstandings with a manager — we’ll help resolve it in the most cost-efficient way, often using our AI tools.
Step 3: Deeper subconscious work
If you’d like to go beyond practical fixes and connect with your subconscious (so your critical mind doesn’t interfere), we currently offer three focused sessions:
Find your calling
Discover what you’re all about and what you should do with your life
Understand why things are the way they are — e.g., challenges in relationships, weak connections with a boss, family, or friends.
What about NLP?
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is an approach that studies how language, thought patterns, and behaviors are connected. In simple terms, it helps us understand how the mind processes experience and how we can shift those patterns to achieve better results.
In my work, NLP is often combined with hypnotherapy. When a client is in trance, we rely more on the subconscious mind — allowing deeper, often faster change. If a person is less responsive to hypnosis, we continue with NLP in a fully alert state, engaging more of the analytical mind. Both paths are valid: the difference is whether we lean on the subconscious or the conscious side of your thinking.
