Public review platforms like Google or Yelp can be a a little misleading — anyone can leave a review, even if they’ve never actually been a client. Friends, family, or even competitors can post feedback, which makes it harder to know which reviews reflect real experiences. For healthcare and consulting professionals, this creates a trust issue: genuine client voices get diluted, and the credibility of the feedback suffers.
That’s why we’ve created a more thoughtful, transparent, and HIPAA-conscious approach to sharing feedback.(HIPAA is a U.S. law that protects people's health information.)
Here’s how it works:
This process protects your privacy and ensures that every review comes from someone who’s actually been through the process — often shared days after the session, once the experience has had time to settle in.
Please note that hypnotherapy often works in a subtle way: once a negative emotion or sensation is released, the conscious memory of it may fade as well. For this reason, it’s not considered best practice for a hypnotherapist to follow up with direct questions like, “How’s your guilt doing now?” Gathering feedback can be challenging, as clients often just feel better — without being able to explain exactly what changed. That’s why the feedback is often short and concise.
You may also notice that there are no 2- or 3-star reviews. In fact, there haven't been any unhappy clients so far — and we believe that’s because we always check in during the session to make sure the original goal is being met. If it’s not, we often continue working until it is. That way, any concerns are addressed in real time, not left unresolved.
