What I do

The main services I offer are business consulting and emotional coaching.

My consulting focuses on two things:

• Helping international professionals succeed inside U.S. corporations
• Helping people discover an entirely different path — work they may not yet realize they would truly enjoy

In this work I use tools I developed from several sources:

• my own experience being coached
• years of managing teams in tech companies
• formal training in NLP, hypnotherapy, and leadership programs

Why I left corporate life

One reason I left corporate work was that I didn't like defining myself as only a designer or only a design manager.

Being in one professional "box" felt limiting.

So besides working with clients on career growth or career transitions, I also do a number of other things.

Other things I do

• I invest in real estate
• I used to invest in crypto (I'm mostly done with that now)
• I build custom GPT tools for clients
• I'm also involved in AI consulting projects, including training LLMs, building agents, anonymizing data, and prompt engineering

A personal passion

Another passion of mine is beautifying houses.

We demolished our own house and built a new one.
Right now I'm planning the remodeling — or possibly full rebuild — of three more houses.

I design the architectural concepts myself in Figma and then hire a technical draftsman to convert my ideas into construction drawings and make sure they comply with building codes.
